Miley had a meeting sponsored by Digicel (its a mobile phone network provider in Haiti) where she signed autograps for her fans.
A lucky man called Jerry had the chance to see Miley as she was "getting her good on" ;) in Haiti and said:
"I saw an amazing young woman fitting hearing aids for children in Haiti today!!! She was about 18-19 humbly serving the kids that have never heard clearly!!! Her name.....Miley Cyrus!!! Thanks for the glimpse of coming into Haiti under the radar to help!!!"
